English	yokun" is a design for a mechanism that makes people aware of the sense of smell by visualizing fragrance. By synchronizing the invisible fragrance with soap bubbles emitted from the jar, it encourages people to pay attention to their sense of smell, which they are rarely aware of in their daily lives. Furthermore, by drawing out the act of "smelling," the project aims to prevent the age-related decline in the sense of smell that will affect 15 million people in Japan in 2040, when the population is expected to be aging.
Native	yokun "は、香りを視覚化することで嗅覚を意識させる仕掛けをデザインしたものです。 目に見えない香りを、壺から出るシャボン玉とシンクロさせることで、日常生活ではあまり意識することのない嗅覚に注意を促すことができるのです。 さらに、「嗅ぐ」という行為を引き出すことで、高齢化が進む2040年に日本で1500万人といわれる加齢による嗅覚の衰えを防ぐことを目指します。嗅覚トレーニングでは、毎日数回の嗅覚刺激を最低3ヶ月継続する必要があります。しかしながら、「意識的に匂いを嗅ぐ」という行為を継続するのは難しいことです。yokun "は、香りを泡に閉じ込めて視覚化することで嗅覚を意識させる仕掛けをデザインしたものです。
