Recently many universities have abolished humanities courses because of the employment. This is a problem that have transformed educational purpose with employment. This is information package for humanities-hate society to raise awareness about how serious it is in Korea. 8 humanities and the package sizes differed according to its history, when it stacked can be known by its size. The pentagon, which measures the age of a fossil, is used graphic. Humanities Revival Project got a message that we need to rescue the dying humanities through the process of excavating the humanisties fossils.

최근 한국의 다수 대학들에서는 취업률이라는 이유로 인문학 강좌를 폐지시키거나, 인문학 전공들을 통폐합시키는 경우가 늘고 있습니다. 이것은 교육의 목적을 취업과 연관지어 변질시킨 대학과 기업, 사회의 전반적인 문제이자 현상이라고 볼 수 있습니다. 인간의 소양과 인간다움을 가르치는 인문 학문이 취업이라는 이유로 그 덕목이 변질되는 현상에 대해 비판하고 이를 알리는 목적의 인문학 화석 패키지를 고안하게 되었습니다. 총 8개로 인문학의 갈래를 나누고 그것의 역사에 따라 패키지의 크기를 다르게 하여, 적층식으로 쌓았을 때 그 크기만으로 알 수 있는 지기구조를 사용하였습니다. 화석의 연대를 측정하는 탄소의 오각형 모양을 그래픽의 기본형으로 사용하였고, 이를 3D로 제작하여 실제로 화석을 발굴하는 듯한 체험이 가능한 패키지를 제안합니다. 인문학 화석을 발굴하는 과정을 통해 죽어가는 인문학을 구조해야 한다는 메세지를 담았습니다.
