English By applying modern Chinese techniques, the designers integrated local culture and urban landscapes into spatial expression. The orange hue extracted from Minnan traditional brick houses is combined with wood and stone to set the spatial tone. In the property models area, overlapped lines and squares resemble the fabrics of local villages. At the negotiation area, local traditional gable wall is turned into a curved grille, which enhances spatial transparency, and the multi-functional long table acts as an artistic symbol. The wavy-patterned decoration in VIP area represents the vast sea around Xiamen. Local stones are turned into furniture.
Native 项目位于一座历史悠久的古城——厦门同安,设计团队通过对同安自然人文的探究,结合项目自身的特点,使用现代中式手法,将朱熹闽学精华,闽南茶道文化、闽南古厝特色,及城市山水之韵融于空间的表达中。 在色彩材质上,主色调是闽南古厝的红砖的橙红色,同时配合硬装的木色和金属天然大理石来打造。 入口销控区的吊灯,形式提取古厝砖瓦的弧线造型,壁灯造型也源自闽南古厝门把的元素提取及演变。 沙盘区以简化的方块形式堆叠,抽象表现闽南古厝村落围合的形态元素,与沙盘上的建筑在形态上相呼应,呈现古往今来的文化传承。沙盘灯用到透明水晶材质,让空间不过于压抑,在灯光的照射下又会比较通透。同时,整个沙盘区又以线条形式交错呈现,抽象表现闽南古厝村落列阵排布形式。 洽谈区内,设计将闽南古厝中的“马背山墙”转化成弧形格栅,其镂空的曲线线条维持了空间的通透。独特的造型展示在吊灯的形态和沙发的扶手中,也赋予了洽谈区独特的闽南气质。中间的长桌是一个多功能展示桌,也是一个更为艺术化的场景存在。桌面上展示着闽南传统物件——风狮爷,在同安的传统文化中,风狮爷有辟邪招福,让生活平安喜乐的寓意,同时,风狮爷的形象憨态可掬,作为桌面饰品陈列,也让洽谈区有了生气。 VIP区整体的设计依然延续整个大空间的调性,墙上的水纹装饰,是厦门海水的印记,让人仍然记得自己仍处在这个依水而居的闽南古城之中。茶几提取闽南古厝建筑基石的特色石材,运用到空间家具上,也是一种文化的传承。
