English The project consists of a multi-business complex shopping mall, two 200-meter super high-rise landmark towers, one super high-rise boutique apartment, two residential groups and an ecological green park. A suggested municipal road winds its way, connecting the four major sections of the project: core business clusters, high-end residential clusters, green leisure clusters, and ecological residential clusters. By designing the reasonable shape and location of the suggested road, each group can obtain the optimal space and urban interface.
Native 项目位于深圳城市规划 “三轴两带多中心”中5个重要城市中心区之一——光明新区的核心区域,紧邻光明大道,观光路,接驳地铁6号及13号线,区位价值十分优越。TOD是一种独特并且逐渐兴起的城市设计和城市开发模式,以轻轨站、地铁换乘站和地铁站为核心的TOD城市开发模式实现高效、混合的土地利用,使项目成为光明新区最具聚集效应,激发活力,提升价值的丰富空间体验和吸引力的城市公共交流场所。项目由1座多元业态复合购物中心,2栋200M超高层地标塔楼、,1栋超高层精品公寓,两大居住组团与生态绿地公园组成。一条建议性市政道路蜿蜒其中,将项目四大板块: 核心商务商业组团、高端居住组团、绿色休闲组团、生态居住组团合理的区分和串联起来。通过设计建议性道路合理的形状及位置,使各组团均获得最优空间及城市界面。超高层双子塔楼矗立在光明大道及观光路一线城市界面,以挺拔的标志性形象确立项目地标定位,形成城市门户。复合购物中心充分利用区位优势,依照价值原则分局,纵横延展,辐射各个地块,打造各向商业门户,有效串联城市空间和消费人群。城市精品公寓与都市生态住宅布置于多层立体景观园林裙房之上。
