English	The ROKAF typeface was designed based on the existing logotype to maintain the brand's originality. The curved processing of the serif typeface that reflects the tail wings of an aircraft and the sans serif typeface that contains the ascending image of an aircraft taking off is in harmony with the consonants of the Korean alphabet, Hangul. Along with the Air Force Pictogram which was added as a dingbat to the ROKAF typeface, the typeface will give the public a consistent experience of the Air Force brand, and a well-established military brand identity will ultimately lead to active recruitment and the establishment of public trust.
Native	대한민국 공군 전용서체는 브랜드 독창성을 유지하고자 기존에 존재하던 공군의 로고타입을 토대로 디자인되었습니다. 항공기의 꼬리날개를 반영한 강한공군체의 세리프와 항공가 이륙할 때의 상승 이미지를 내포한 바른공군체의 특징은 한글의 자음과 조화를 이루고 있습니다. 또한, 대한민국 공군 전용서체는 공군 기지 내의 간판들과 주요 전력이 되는 항공기의 도장에 사용되기 위해 가독성을 최우선적으로 고려하여 디자인되었습니다. 딩뱃으로 추가된 481종의 대한민국 공군 픽토그램과 함께 대한민국 공군 전용서체는 국민들에게 공군이라는 브랜드에 대한 일관된 경험을 제공할 것이며, 잘 정립된 군의 브랜드 정체성은 궁극적으로 활발한 모병과 국민들의 신뢰 형성으로 이어질 것입니다.
