Joohwang Kim is the founder and creative director of lllayer, a brand design company. Since 2013, he has been designing brand experiences and customer touchpoints for various companies. With the goal of fostering client business success through design, he continues to engage in various experiments. Joohwang Kim provides design solutions not only for large companies such as Hanwha, Jeju Air, Bridgestone Golf, and Autech but also for small startups.
저는 브랜드 디자인 기업 레이어(lllayer)의 대표이자 크리에이티브 디렉터를 맡고 있는 김주황입니다. 저희는 고객들의 마음속에 브랜드를 기억되게 하는 일을 하고 있습니다. 그래서 고객들이 경험하는 층을 하나의 Layer로 보고 그것들을 어떻게 쌓아가는지 기획하고 디자인 합니다. 특히 저희는 브랜드의 정체성을 잡고 그 브랜드가 디지털 환경에서 어떤 경험을 주어야 하는지를 많이 고민하고 실행하는 팀입니다. BX(Brand experience)와 DX(Digital experience)로 나뉘어서 브랜드의 탄생과 성장을 함께합니다. LG, 한화 등의 대기업의 브랜드 & 디지털 경험을 설계했고, 스타트업 및 중소기업의 브랜드 아이덴티티를 정립하기도 하였습니다. B2B로 클라이언트를 만나는 일 외에도 브랜딩에 대한 대중적인 인식을 개선하고자 ‘브만남(브랜드 만드는 남자)’라는 퍼스널 아이덴티티를 만들었습니다. 현재 6만명 이상의 팔로워들에게 브랜딩과 비즈니스에 대한 이야기를 전하는 일도 하고 있습니다.
