Prof. Cathy Lee is a design executive, an entrepreneurial innovator, and an educator on creativity and leadership. Over the past decade, while serving as a tenured professor in design management at South Korea's top arts institution, Hongik University, Cathy Lee incubated her own company - Ekatrina New York. She is an active member of the global design network, having served as South Korea's representative to the World Design Week from 2015 to 2019. Graduate of Rhode Island School of Design with Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Industrial Design, Cathy Lee is also an accomplished public speaker and the author of The Other Dimensions of Design Management (2009), Trends Powerhouse (2010) and Materials and Design (2015).
