English	This project was designed for a couple and their son and daughter. At the beginning of the design, the host specially expressed requirements for facilities. In terms of the design style, the owners who are young presented their expectation of an overall concise style and more requirements for details of design, so the project is dominated by a minimalist style and supplemented with a lot of modernist materials, such as titanium plated metal for supplementary details, to fulfill the goal of a minimalist but not a simple design.
Native	业主的家庭成员为夫妻二人与一对儿女，项目设计之初，男主人对于设备要求特别在意，虽処中国南方城市，冬季极冷时间不长，但仍需配置地暖设施，以满足其冬季对于室内温度控制的需求。项目地处中国大都市，城市空气较不干净，所以在室内安装全屋新风换气系统，以保证室内空气的清新程度。由于业主年纪较年轻，对于智能控制系统也有特别要求，本案采用欧规KNX/EIB智能控制系统,将空调，地暖，灯光，背景音乐，电动窗帘控制，新风系统与门禁等全都纳入智能控制系统，以方便其生活需求，即使不在屋内也能轻松控制全屋所有机电设备。 在风格设定上由于业主较为年轻，希望整体风格较为简洁且对于设计细节有较多要求，所以本项目在风格上以极简风格为主辅以大量较具现代感之材料例如：镀钛金属为细节补充，已实现简约不简单之社稷目标。 家具采购方面，全屋采购德国家具及意大利进口家具品牌，业主对于意大利家具的设计细节与风格相对认同，且相对符合其设计风格之要求，所以本案采用11个意大利家具品牌，每一个家具都是业主精心挑选。符合舒适度的同时更应该赏心悦目,这是业主对于家的定义。
