English	Alter Weather is a sleep treatment center that provides non-pharmacological treatment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (DCBT-I) for people who do not have sleep well. Most of the current sleep clinics are treated by hospitals and recognize that they should only visit if their symptoms are serious, which leads to many people not being able to resolve their sleep conditions in the early stages and making their symptoms worse. Inspired by the words "氣象," which means "weather," and "wake up," "起床," it becomes a weather concept sleep center that anyone who feels symptoms can easily visit.
Native	기상청은 양질의 수면을 이루지 못하는 사람들을 위해 안전하고 비약물적인 방법으로 치료를 진행하는 수면 치료센터입니다. 현재의 수면 클리닉은 대부분 병원에서 치료하고 있어 증상이 심각한 경우에만 방문해야 하는 것으로 인식하고 있으며 이로 인해 초기에 수면 질환을 해결하지 못하고 증상이 더 심각해지는 사람들이 다수입니다. 이곳은 날씨를 의미하는 기상(氣象)과 잠에서 일어나다 라는 의미를 가진 단어 기상(起床)에서 영감을 받아, 맑은 잠을 잘 수 있도록 도움을 주는 기상청[ 起床 : 淸 ]이 되었습니다. 기상청의 치료 방법은 최근 사용 승인이 된 치료 방법, 디지털 불면증 인지행동치료(DCBT-I)를 사용합니다. 이 치료 방법은 기존 수면 문제를 유발하는 요인들을 컴퓨터와 스마트폰과 같은 디지털 기기를 통해 조절하며, 원활한 수면을 위한 생활 습관을 교정해 스스로 수면 질환을 해결할 수 있는 비약물적인 치료 방법입니다. 기상청에서는 대표적인 수면 질환들의 특징을 분석해 5가지의 날씨 현상으로 분류합니다. 치료 과정에서 수면 질환을 병명이 아닌 기상현상으로 비유해 누구나 흐린 날이 있을 수 있음을 말하고, 사람들에게 수면 문제 또한 변화무쌍한 날씨처럼 언젠가는 맑은 잠을 잘 수 있다는 희망적인 메시지를 전달합니다.
