English	Dewy, a borderless exhibition culture experience platform, aims to overcome the visual limitations of traditional art appreciation. Comprising an app, visual aid eyewear, logging device, and modules, Dewy allows users to explore exhibits using various senses. The app facilitates experiencing art beyond sight, while the visual aid eyewear detects and conveys visual information through sound or vibration. Users can log sensory experiences, and these logs, transformed into modules, enable ongoing appreciation and sharing. Dewy seeks to broaden the cultural enjoyment of exhibitions, transcending visual boundaries and promoting inclusivity.
Native	Dewy는 Delightful experience with you의 약자로, 감각을 초월해 더불어 즐기는 경험을 제공한다는 의미를 담고 있습니다. 코로나가 끝나면서 전시회와 팝업 스토어와 같은 오프라인 공간에 대한 니즈가 높아진 반면, 그런 공간들이 아직은 시각 중심으로 구상되어 있기 때문에 시각장애를 가진 분들은 이를 온전하게 즐기기 어렵고, 또한 이를 기록하고 공유하는 방식도 메모장이나 사진과 같이 시각에만 국한되어 있습니다. 이런 감상과 공유의 격차를 해결하고자 출발한 듀이는 어플리케이션, 시각 보조 아이웨어, 로깅 디바이스, 모듈로 이루어져 있습니다. 어플레이케이션에서 자신의 시야 유형 등을 선택해 본인의 시야에 맞는 적합한 대비감과 크기로 이루어진 인터페이스를 제공하고 진행중인 전시 정보를 확인 가능합니다. 전시장에서는 시각 보조 아이웨어와 로그 디바이스를 통해 다양한 감각으로 전시를 감상하고 기록할 수 있으며 전시장에 방문하지 않을 때에도 모달 AI를 통해 감상했던 작품들을 데이터화하고 모듈을 통해 구현하여 지속적으로 감상할 수 있습니다. 이러한 구성을 통해 프로젝트 듀이는 시각에 의지하던 기존 전시 감상을 다양한 감각들로 확장하고 보다 더 많은 사람들이 경계 없이 향유할 수 있는 전시 문화를 형성하고자 합니다.
