English	In Oriental medicine, mental problems cause physical problems, and changes in the body lead to changes in the mind. ‘BURNOUT SYNDROME THERAPY’ presents treatments for ailing body and mind based on Oriental medicine theory. It emphasizes mental and physical stability through the soft ‘cotton’ image. In order to avoid falling into burnout syndrome, it is important to have the mindset of ‘Clear Your Mind’, ‘Stop Thinking Too Much’, and ‘It’s Okay To Not Be Perfect’. ‘BURNOUT SYNDROME THERAPY’ allows office workers to value themselves the most even in the midst of busy work, and to have time to relieve physical fatigue and peace of mind.
Native	한의학에선 몸과 마음을 하나로 보는 ‘심신합일’ 이론에 입각해 오장과 각 장기에 깃든 정신관계를 중시한다. 정신의 문제는 육체의 문제를 일으키고 육체의 변화는 마음의 변화를 만든다고 본다. ‘BURNOUT SYNDROME THERAPY’는 이런 심신합일을 바탕으로 스트레스로 병든 몸의 한방치료와 심리치료를 제시한다. 디자인 메타포로 ‘목화’ 선정했으며 부드러운 ‘목화’의 이미지를 통해 심신안정을 강조한다. 번아웃 증후군에 빠지지 않기 위해선 '마음을 비우는 것', '너무 많은 생각을 하지 않는 것', '완벽하지 않아도 자신을 사랑하는 것' 이 3가지 마음가짐이 중요하다. 직장인들이 번아웃 증후군에 걸리는 것은 바쁜 업무로 인해 점점 자기자신이 삶의 우선순위에서 밀려나기 때문이다. 그렇기에 ‘BURNOUT SYNDROME THERAPY’는 직장인들이 자신을 가장 소중히 여겨 삶을 영위할 수 있게 해 스스로 몸의 피로를 풀 수 있는 시간과 마음의 안정을 갖게한다.
