English	The designer breaks the original four-room layout by removing one wall of a bedroom, making the living room, dining room and kitchen an open public space. The cloakroom is created with the moveable glass partition room at one side of entrance door, allowing more storage place. The designer also places decorations at every corner of different areas, bringing positive impact to the overall space. Being the highlight, the arches of the living room ceiling match with French windows, reflecting the outdoor views and creating a bright and spacious living space. Wood veneer flooring is used in the project to let the warmth flow into the space.
Native	設計的出發點希望可以打造出新竹科技園區專業人士及科技新貴所嚮往的家，並著重在簡約及溫暖感的呈現。 設計師打破原本四房型的空間格局，打開其一臥房的隔牆，讓客廳、餐廳廚房形成寬敞開放式的公共空間。位於入口一側設置了可移動式的玻璃隔間區作為外出衣帽間，貼心的設計方便業主一家外出行李的收納。設計師不僅在空間配置上實現了外出衣帽間的巧思，更在不同空間分別搭配進口家具及擺飾品，巧妙地點綴了各個角落，為空間品質起了加分的作用。 採用開放性的設計，將客廳、餐廳 及 廚房三個機能空間融合成一體，廚房中島中段搭配餐桌，此精心的配置設計讓屋主可以在準備餐點同時與朋友及小孩交流互動。公共空間使用了溫和的色調，以白灰色為基底，以綠色系植栽、地毯及沙發作為點綴，搭配簡約利落的分割木質牆面，呈現出極簡自然的現代鄉村風。客廳的天花板更做了別具一格連續段式的拱形設計，讓人耳目一新，成為了此區的視覺焦點之一，搭配大面積落地窗與外部景觀相呼應，形成明亮寬敞的居家空間。全室採用刷木紋的實木貼皮地板，讓整個空間呈現出溫暖的氛圍。 此外，主臥的床頭牆面利用花卉圖樣的進口壁紙與深色的床頭板搭配左右各一顆球形壁燈甚是高貴優雅。三間臥室皆配有標準雙人床、床頭櫃及完整衣櫃，運用強烈大膽的不同色調，營造各自的獨特與自明性。整體空間使用了高品質進口家具與造型燈具，利用不同的擺飾品形成現代精品飯店般的典雅且舒適的生活空間。
