English	We created this ocean-view retirement apartment blends architectural, functional, and aesthetic elements, guided by Gestalt psychology to create a space greater than its parts. It fuses traditional French design with modern minimalism, aligning with the maritime setting for a bespoke living experience. The design incorporates sustainability and aging-in-place features, using durable materials, energy-efficient fixtures, and ergonomic elements, ensuring adaptability to the evolving needs of aging inhabitants.
Native	我们设计的海景退休公寓是对现代居住空间的重新定义。这个项目不仅仅是一个居住空间的创造，而是一种全新的生活方式的呈现。设计师采用了全面的‘整体设计’理念，这种理念强调了建筑、功能和美学元素的无缝融合。从每一件家具到艺术装饰，每一个细节都经过精心设计，以确保整体的和谐与统一。 项目的设计灵感来源于格式塔心理学，这是一种强调整体大于部分之和的心理学理论。在这个公寓的设计中，这一理念被完美地体现出来。它不仅仅是空间的排列组合，更是对居住者情感和心理的深刻理解和回应。设计中巧妙地融合了传统的法国设计元素和现代的极简主义风格，使得每个空间既有历史的厚重感，又不失现代的轻盈与简洁。 室内设计与壮丽的海洋环境完美对接，每个角落都能感受到大海的气息。这不仅体现在颜色的选择上，如用来呼应海洋的蓝色调，还体现在空间布局上，如窗户的设计充分考虑了海景的展现。这种设计不仅让居住者每天都能享受到美丽的海景，也使得整个居住空间更加开阔和明亮。 此外，项目还充分考虑了可持续性和适老化设计。使用了耐用的材料，如法国石灰石地板和胡桃木，这些材料不仅美观耐用，还环保。能源效率高的装置和符合人体工程学的设计元素，确保了空间的舒适性和适用性，满足老年居民的需求。 整个项目不仅仅是对空间的重新设计，更是对居住者生活方式的一次深刻影响。它不仅提供了一个舒适、美观的居住环境，还创造了一个能够促进居住者身心健康和幸福感的空间。这个海景退休公寓，无疑为现代退休生活提供了一个新的视角和可能性
