The design faced challenges related to material shrinkage and coastal humidity. By using solid wood and carbonized panels, these issues were effectively addressed. Additionally, wall paneling with beltline divisions was used to visually reduce the bulkiness of columns and beams, doubles as a functional handrail and includes auxiliary lighting for added nighttime safety. The entire residence is equipped with LED lights, effectively lowering energy consumption. Additionally, a water recirculation system helps mitigate water waste. The floors are designed with level transitions throughout, supports a safer and more accessible environment. |

本案在設計中,充分考慮到環境因素與居住者的長期需求,選擇了實木材料與碳化板的運用,有效解決了乾縮與臨海潮濕帶來的問題。實木材料具有自然的透氣性與穩定性,碳化板則具有防潮、防蟲及抗老化的優勢,這些材料能確保住宅在變化的氣候中依然保持良好的結構與舒適的居住環境。此外,設計上運用牆板腰帶來分割空間,弱化了空間中厚重感的視覺效果,達到了樑柱的視覺“弱化”效果,使空間顯得更為輕盈與開闊。牆面與扶手設計不僅具備裝飾效果,還提供了額外的功能性,能有效提升居住者的便利性與安全感,特別是對於銀髮族群來說,這樣的設計考量增強了居住的舒適度。為了營造更具情境感的夜間氛圍,我們特別設計了輔助光源,並搭配LED燈具,有效減少能源消耗,實現綠色節能的生活理念。此外,住宅內配備水再循環系統,能有效減少水資源的浪費,提升整體居住環境的永續性。地坪方面,選用了平整化設計,不僅提升了整體美觀度,也進一步保障了居住者的安全,特別適合有老人與小孩的家庭,提供更為穩固與便利的生活環境。 |
