English Pickles have deep roots in many cultures around the world. This design is committed to preserving the culture of pickling while meeting the health, environmental, and aesthetic demands of modern families with 1-3 members, redefining the experience of pickled foods. The jar structure uses the principle of water sealing, and the materials chosen are eco-friendly ceramics combined with wood, advocating a green and sustainable lifestyle. This design comes in six different styles to cater to various home decor preferences, serving as both a kitchen utensil and a part of home decoration.
Native 新概念泡菜坛是一款融合传统发酵技艺与现代设计元素的厨房新品,腌菜作为一种历史悠久的食物保存方式,在全球多个文化中都有着深厚的根基,本设计致力于传承腌菜文化的同时满足1-3人现代家庭对健康、环保、美学的追求,重新定义腌制食品的美好生活体验。坛体结构上采用环形水槽设计,在倒扣坛盖时,可有效隔绝外界空气,防止杂菌入侵,同时排出发酵过程中产生的二氧化碳,维持适宜的厌氧环境,确保食品久藏不坏;坛口宽口设计便于食材夹取,且易于清洗。坛子材质选择环保陶瓷与木材相结合,崇尚绿色可持续的生活方式。坛体陶瓷壁厚仅3.5毫米,既坚固耐用又轻便,保温性能优越,为乳酸菌发酵提供理想环境,提升了腌菜品质;木质的坛盖和底座不仅提供防滑、防磕碰功能,还增添了视觉层次感,提升产品美观度,使其更适应现代家居环境。新概念泡菜坛共有六个款式,满足不同功能及家居风格的需求,使其不仅是厨房用具,更是家居装饰的一部分,兼具审美与实用的功能。本系列设计特点具有以下方面:在器型设计方面,借鉴了中国古代食器“豆”“簋”等的经典造型,并通过现代设计手段对其进行提炼与转化,化繁为简,使其更符合现代审美及生活方式;在使用方式上,泡菜坛可进行叠落收纳,多个不同造型的小型泡菜坛可进行上下拼接组合,不仅实现了泡菜的分类存放,提高了空间利用率,更营造出变化多样、层次丰富的艺术美感,;“一器多用”也是该作品的设计亮点之一,不同形制的盘子与碗既可用作盛菜的餐具,也可作为泡菜坛的密封盖或底座,当两者自由组合,又可形成不同形态的家居装饰。
