English	The house consists of a basement and three above ground levels, featuring promoting the independence of each bedroom, and the common spaces for gathering. On the ground floor, it accommodates living room and dinning area, in order to communicate the family’s ethos of connection, we create an open-plan layout that allows for easy circulation and clear sightlines. Two sides of the living room have been fitted with grand windows, one of which can be slid back to open-up the interior to the outdoors. On the side of round dining table, sets of wine glasses and tea wares are arranged on shelf in a recessed alcove.
Native	面积700平米的JY House远离市中心的嘈杂，享有一份难得的安静祥和。居者始终认为家不应该只满足于日常的基本需求，更应兼具品质和工艺的体现。 别墅是地下一层和上三层组成的，有独立的个人空间，也设置了很多公共空间作为家人之间沟通交流的载体。一层主要是起居室和厨餐厅，为了搭建家庭成员的互动互通空间，我们将一层做成了开放式空间，明晰了活动动线，视觉上也更显通透。起居室的两侧都设有落地窗，其中一侧可以打开，通向室外的院子。圆餐桌的一侧，壁龛式的柜子里放置了居者收藏的酒杯和茶器，水晶杯的描金和骨瓷上的异域之蓝，细微之处巧妙地讲述着居者的用心。地下一层则是更为私密的空间，家庭影音室、茶室以及西式用餐区。通过影音室和茶室之间的木窗框可以一观下沉茶室壁柜上整齐摆放的茶具和几位好友品茗谈道。茶桌也是定制而来，一侧的大理石基座也给空间平添了些许灵动。孩童房和主卧都分别在别墅的二和三层。
