English	‘EFETE WIDE PILOTI’ redefines apartment entrances, transforming them into expanded spaces integrated with surrounding facilities for a seamless physical and visual experience. By connecting pilotis to kindergartens or playgrounds, it creates weather-proof spaces designed from a child’s perspective. Traditionally a passage, the spacious piloti now serves as a luxurious gallery with façade designs, lighting, and furniture, enhancing community and rest areas. Patterned finishes extending from the lobby to units add a sense of respect and space, while the design allows flexibility to connect with facilities like senior centers or fitness areas.
Native	공동주택의 필로티 출입구의 개념을 확장시킨 ‘EFETE WIDE PILOTI’는 기존 출입구의 역할에서 벗어나 새로운 공간으로 재탄생 하였습니다. ‘EFETE WIDE PILOTI’는 주변 시설물들의 특성과 유기적으로 연계되어 물리적, 시각적으로 확장된 경험을 연출합니다. 어린이집 또는 놀이터와 연계된 필로티는 내부 레이아웃을 아이들의 시선에 맞춰 연출하여 내‧외부를 넘나드는 창의적인 공간으로 계획하였습니다. 또한 날씨에 구애 받지 않고 사용할 수 있는 놀이터를 이용 할 수 있는 장점이 있습니다. 넓은 필로티 공간에서 단순한 출입․통과 동선으로 기능하던 필로티 내부를 갤러리 형식의 고급스러운 입면 디자인과 조명연출, 아웃도어 가구 등 커뮤니티 및 휴게공간으로 연출하여 입주민들의 만족도를 높입니다. 세대로 출입하는 벽면의 패턴 및 마감을 특화하여 시각적으로 로비에서부터 확장된 공간감과 집으로 진입하기 전부터 존중받는 느낌을 연출합니다. 그 외에도 경로당, 운동시설 연계 등 다양한 방향으로 변화, 발전 할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있습니다.
