‘build up’ started to solve the complicated communication process of part-timers and to provide an efficient part-time experience. Not only can employees transfer and check their tasks easily, but they can also view store information, recipes, training, tips, and lost items regardless of time and place. Furthermore, employees can check their store events and schedules all at once, request a change in working hours, and show their work performance to make them feel rewarded. The noisy delivery notification and complicated order acceptance process are improved by using a smartwatch, and the graphic is visualized in the form of stacking blocks.

‘빌드업’ 은 아르바이트생들의 복잡한 인수인계과정을 해결하고 효율적인 알바경험을 제공을 위해 만들게 되었습니다. 주요기능은 총 5가지로 1. 다른 직원에게 앱내에서 업무를 전달하고 받으며 수행과정을 체크하여 근무자들간의 유연한 소통을 제공합니다. 나의 체크리스트 항목을 앱내에서 관리 할 수 있으며 워치알림을 통해 잊지않도록 도와줍니다. 2. 매장정보,레시피, 교육과 관련된 정보를 한곳에 모아 언제 어디서든 원하는 정보를 쉽게 볼 수 있으며 서로의 팁을 공유해 업무 효율을 높이며 매장 전체의 분실물을 공유해 근무자들간의 혼란을 줄여줍니다. 3. 매장행사와 직원들의 스케줄을 확인 할 수 있고, 근무표 공유로 간편한 근무시간변경이 가능합니다. 4. 여러 일을 하고 있다면 다른 근무지로의 전환이 가능하며, 알바중 수행도 확인으로 보람을 느낄수 있습니다. 5. 워치를 통한 배달주문알림 기능으로 기존에 포스기에서만 가능했던 수락과 라이더호출기능을 빠르고 간단히 할 수 있으며 근무자들과 손님들 모두에게 시끄러웠던 배달알림을 해결합니다. 그래픽은 어피니티 맵을 모티브로 적용하여 앱 내에서 컬러에 따라 업무의 위계를 설정하고 분류하여 쌓여가는 블럭 형태로 시각화하였습니다. 빌드업이란 앱이름처럼 아르바이트생들은 앱사용을 통해 스킬을 쌓아올릴수 있을것입니다.
