Native 整体以未来沉浸式体验感的营销中心为设计准则,以繁忙城市中生活的人群对浩瀚星际的憧憬与好奇为起源,以纪念阿波罗11号登月成功为背景,将本案作为人们向往宇宙万物为创作剧场,打造“银河艺术馆”为主题的设计理念进行分析空间,开启走向月球、飞向太空,融入宇宙的浪漫故事,整体营销中心主要分为逐星之门、星空之境、光年之旅三大板块,以未来、科技感、探索银河等主题进行展开设计,打造新一代美好社区的生活体验中心。 以向往宇宙万物作为创作剧场,打造“银河艺术馆”为主题的设计理念进行分析空间,开启走向月球、飞向太空,融入宇宙的浪漫故事,以未来、科技感、探索银河等主题进行展开设计,打造新一代美好社区的生活体验中心。 营销中心延续建筑弧形元素引入室内,使艺术贯穿整个空间的气质和力量;室内空间氛围打造前卫新潮的赛博朋克的空间状态,带你走入科技未来感与叛逆精神的潮流世界;空间分为两层,一层主要以体验星河之旅的售楼洽谈为主,二层以样板间及企业文化墙为主;此次营销中心的设计过程中,通过将主题脉络与空间的融合,建筑与室内的互通,景观装置与室内装置的连接,实现了人与空间体验、城市与社区生活的情感共鸣。
