English	In an old residential area, I wanted to change the uniform cityscape while cooperating with the cityscape. For the outer wall, the wooden outer wall material was lightly colored in gray. The texture like concrete gives a modern impression even though it is made of wood. The color that seems to have changed over time fits into the streets of old houses. A roof terrace was created in the courtyard and the second floor. The garden creates a private space. The connection with the outside will be strengthened positively. Feel the nature while staying in the house. I thought that feeling nature in everyday life was an open house.
Native	今回の計画地は、多くの家が建ち並ぶ古い住宅地です。 周辺の家は、全て同じ時代に建築されています。 外装は、同様の工業製品の材料を、使用されています。 私達は、古い住宅地において、街並みと協調しながら、画一的な街並みを変えたいと思いました。 また、都市部に住みながら、開放的な家になるようデザインしました。 家をコンパクトに建築し、敷地に余白を作り、いかに開放的で心地の良い家を作るかを、考えました。 外壁には、木製の外壁材に薄くグレーに着色しました。 コンクリート造のような風合いが、木造なのに、モダンな印象をあたえます。 また、木が古くなり、経年変化したような色合いが、古い家の街並みにも馴染むよう考えました。 家の構成としては、2つの庭を取り入れました。 １階には、コンクリートの塀で囲われた、中庭を作りました。 ２階には、ルーフテラスを作り、木の格子と外壁で囲いました。 この、２つの庭に、全ての居室を配置しました。 2つの庭は、プライベートな空間を作り出します。 カーテンなどの目隠しも必要ありません。 積極的に外部とのつながりが強くなります。 家の中に居ながら、自然を感じます。 私達は、日常生活で自然を感じる事が、開放的な家と考えました。
