English	The Sales Office of JIN MAO Fu located on Lvyou Road bears the pure and spiritual Oriental Aesthetics, high and elegant Literati Spirit, it is one of the sustenance ways for modern people to return to elegant life. Under Serendipper design, with the brightness of moonlight and the natural beauty of lake, with the literary pursuits and remoteness of oriental poetry demeanour, it has created a pure and quiet poetic life of returning to poetry in the depth of modern city.
Native	赛瑞迪普空间设计为金茂府这个项目，用当代美学连接历史文脉，为济南新城区注入创新的时代活力。将济南的“山、泉、湖、河、城”文化符号，融入整体的空间设计，从色彩到艺术品，在静谧中塑造感人的艺术环境。 如何打造一个“艺术馆里的售楼处”是我们设计的切入点。我们希望藉由良好的艺术氛围来提升售楼处的空间内涵，给项目注入丰富的人文素养和艺术感染力，从而提升项目的整体品质，营造出符合项目发展需求的全新形象。 同时，这个项目也给我们带来了多重挑战：（1）由于预算有限，我们需要以尽量低的价格来购买艺术品，来实现具有品质感的空间效果。（2）该项目的施工工期教短，我们在保证效果的同时选用尽量易实现的方案。（3）售楼处的整体风格偏向中式风格，需要处理好极简空间形态和陈设之间的关系。
