Tenniel Liu is the founder of ONEDOR, a design & innovation start-up that focuses on crafting solutions for brands and organizations, to deliver better life quality and commercial experiences. Believing design is a tool to deliver solution, Tenniel has evolved from a brand designer to design director, then now, an innovation driver, a Scrum Master and a Certified Sustainable Supply Chain Professional. 

He has worked for international agencies and state-level research institutes, including: Labbrand Brand Consultancy in Shanghai, Industrial Technology Research Institution in Taiwan, and Process Group in Taiwan, with its HQ in Switzerland. Combining these multicultural, multidiscplinary experience, he has broaden his professional view and deepen his philosophy about design application. Utilizing design as a tool to craft solutions, Tenniel continues to engage a variety of clientele, he has worked with global brands such as Porsche, Shiseido, and VW, as well as Chinese domestic corporate including Dongfeng Autos and BeiGene Biotech.
