Digital twin is a digital expression of the physical world. So, with our system, the user can easily track, check and deal with problems relating to the usage of all physical devices. The user can access and check the data of all devices through a simple virtual interface. It also makes the handling of emergencies and daily device maintenance more efficient. Also, there is a “data hub” in the system, where device usage-related data, like device usage time, activation status, are stored and visualized. And this is a non-contact system, and so is particularly helpful amid COVID-19.
