Due to the lack of professional equipment, the repair of small pits often needs manual work, which is time-consuming and laborious, and the repair efficiency is low. The equipment is composed of four functional modules: scanning, recycling, filling, polishing. The scanning mechanism at the front end first scans the potholes, analyzes the filling scheme, and then the recycling structure at the middle part of the equipment cleans up the residual parts in the potholes The crushed stone shall be recycled, then the pavement materials shall be filled, and finally compacted and polished to make the pavement in good condition.

城市中的道路，由于高强度的使用以及气候变化等原因，往往会出现破损的情况，这不仅影响了城市道路的美观，而且降低了行车的舒适度，严重的危及行车安全。然而对于这种小坑洼的修补，由于没有专业设备的存在，往往需要人工来完成，是一件费时费力的重体力活，并且修补效率较低。本产品改变了传统修补路面大量投入人力的缺陷，运用自动化手段完成对于坑洼的修补，设备由扫描，回收，填补，打磨，四个功能模块组成，前端的扫描机构首先进行坑洼的扫描，分析出填补方案，接下来设备中部的回收结构，对于坑洼中残余的部分进行清理与碎石子回收，然后进行路面材料的填补，最后进行压实，打磨，让路面恢复完好时的状态。这台机器操作起来非常简单，仅需一个人即可完成过去多人的工作，并且设备智能计算的填补方案更加合理及节约材料，一举两得，适用于小规模，快速的，道路修补的场景。
