English	I define shoes as part of the securing parts to hold the orthotics in place so Patients can wear them for special occasions such as weddings and funerals. The design also reduces environmental and cost burdens by scanning only the shape below the ankle, which varies from person to person, in 3D and combining it with shared parts to complete the data. I use kinetic sand to get data on the foot, eliminating the need to make plaster molds. I designed for the Akita Cerebrospinal and Cardiovascular Center and confirmed that it functions as a brace by having patients actually wear it and conducting walking tests.
Native	この装具は靴を装具の固定パーツの一部と考え、靴の中に装具を入れ靴べらを使って履くように足を入れ靴紐を結ぶことで足と装具が固定されます。 これにより結婚式や葬式など革靴を履く必要がある場面などにおいても着用でき、一生に一度の晴れ舞台やドレスコードのある場面でも心理的な負担を減らすことができる。 また３Dプリンター製で分解可能な設計になっています。通常装具は症状の変化などで作り替える際、全てを新しく作り直しますが、このデザインは作り直しが必要なパーツのみを作り替えることで、環境やコスト面の負担を減らす設計としています。 下部パーツはで靴べら形状と靴に装着するフック形状部分はどの人でも共通の形状にし、個人差のある足首より下の形状だけ３Dスキャンをおこない、共用パーツと個人パーツを結合して３Dデータを完成させる。 製造過程では、キネティックサンドの圧力が加わると固まり、持ち上げるとサラサラになる特徴に注目し、サランラップを敷いたキネティックサンドを患者に踏んでもらって足のデータを取得します。 この際高級な３Dスキャナーは必要なくどの病院でも導入しやすい10万円程度スキャナーでスキャンします。 取得後はキネティックサンドを崩すことで何度も足のデータを取得でき、石膏型を作る必要がありません。 秋田県立循環器脳脊髄研究センターのためにデザインし、実際に患者さんに装着してもらい歩行実験も数度おこない装具として機能することを確認しました。
