English	Zhuhai, as a dazzling city in the Pearl River Delta in recent years, is nourished by the sunshine and rain of Lingnan. The Zhengfang Nanwan Sales Center, as the urban reception hall of Zhengfang Group's masterpiece in Zhuhai, is designed by Daosheng. It combines the profound Lingnan culture, modern urban temperament, and artistic purification to write about the Eastern elegance in the city.
Native	珠海，作为近几年来珠三角中夺目的城市，被岭南的阳光及雨露所滋养着。南湾首府，作为正方集团在珠海倾力巨作的城市会客厅，由道胜执笔室内设计，将厚重的岭南底蕴，现代城市气质，以及艺术涤荡糅合，在城市中书写东方雅趣。在正方南湾首府，安放着文化的过去，也丈量着城市的未来，以岭南，致敬世界。 空间的浏览路线若游园，进一步有一步的惊喜。整个接待大厅借鉴岭南园林的造园逻辑，施以现代手法，将亭桥楼榭、曲径回栏演绎到空间布局中；同时对“亭”的功能进行分解、重构，每一处落座的地方，都是一处可休憩的亭所，形成具有强烈岭南特色的“游园”动线。正方南湾首府会所，以岭南的鲜活文化为灵魂，提笔打造珠海城市奢享会所，以润物细无声的方式，呈现别样的人文意韵。停留于此，饮茶观景，静坐听风，感受穿越时空的馈赠，此处心安是吾乡。
