English	This is a new library for an old community. In order to provide the community with a center where people can meet and read and unite the people of the community to work together for a new life, this library will become a new symbol of the community. The concept and impression of the design comes from the sunset over the sea. The sunlight outside during the daytime shines through the orange tinted glass and brings a romantic feeling to the whole space under the curved structure.
Native	这是一个老社区的新图书馆。為了展現社區的活力與提高生活品質，同時創造一個更適合的居住環境，利用了舊有木構建築與給予新的使用功能，为了给社区提供一个人们可以聚会和阅读的中心，并团结社区的人们的情感，一起为新的生活而努力，这个图书馆将成为社区的一个新的精神标志與代表性的建築。最初的设计的概念和印象来自于海上的夕阳的美麗景象。白天外面的阳光透过橙色的有色玻璃照射进来，搭配如大海一般的藍色地板，在上方弧形的结构下，為整个空间带来了浪漫的感觉。象徵生命的美好與舒適，同時，具有知識與生活信念的傳承意義。主要的材料，運用了大量的彩色玻璃與金屬，結合原有的木構，協調的結合這幾種不同的材質，作為這一棟美麗的建築所需要的顏料，彩繪出這一幅美麗的海上日落繪畫。
