English	The pavilion was designed to be exhibited for 2 days at the school festival of Kyushu Univ. Temporary structures installed for a short period of time are often discarded after the installation period. Therefore, the pavilion was designed using only materials that were familiar and had no use value. Structural member-Small thinned wood Joints-PET bottles Membrane-Vinyl umbrella Foundation-Concrete waste By utilizing these objects, the space can be constructed without using new resources and with minimal environmental impact. We also aimed to create the pavilion that could change the way visitors perceive objects and give them new discoveries.
Native	九州大学の学園祭に2日間出展するパビリオンとして設計を行った。短期間設置される仮設構造物は期間終了後解体・廃棄されてしまうことが多い。そこで、身近にあって利用価値のないもののみでパビリオンを制作した。＜構造部材-小径広葉樹丸太＞小径広葉樹は建材として利用価値が低いため、伐採後は主に放置されるかチップに加工される。それらを構造部材として利用するにあたり、短小部材で大空間を構成できるレシプロカル構造を用いた。＜接合部-ペットボトル＞ペットボトルは加熱すると収縮することで材の表面に沿って密着するため、同一システムで不規則な材を接合することができる。また、構造部材が収縮し緩みが発生した後も再加熱することで容易に締め直しが可能である。＜膜材-ビニール傘＞廃棄された傘を分解して取外した膜部分同士をアイロンで熱圧着し、1枚の大きな膜を制作する。膜と架構の接合には、ペットボトルキャップを用いて接合部を制作した。＜基礎-コンクリート廃材＞大学では構造実験により多くの試験体が廃棄される。それらのコンクリート廃材を回収して蛇篭に入れ、架構の足元を挿入することで基礎とした。これら身近にあるが利用価値のなかったものを建築材料として活用することで、新たな資源を使用せず環境負荷を最小限に抑えながら空間を構成することができる。また、訪れた人の身近なものの見方を変え、新たな発見を与えることができる作品を目指した。
