Watertank Wheel is basically aimed for people who lives in water shortage countries suffering serious water supply problem. Particularly in the region where the water supply infrastructure is not properly equipped, attaining appropriate amount of water is real struggle. In figuring out a solution, Watertank Wheel suggests a niche usability in that it helps the habitants to carry additional amount of water at a single time, by utilizing unused space of the vehicle they are using in daily life. Only by unclipping the safe hinges, water tank is separated from the wheel, filled with water and then refitted into the wheel conveniently.

"Watertank Wheel"은 아시아 지역 중 고원지대나 사막 지역과 같은, 물이 상대적으로 부족한 지역의 생활민들의 물 운반능력을 향상시키기 위해 고안된 솔루션 기반의 프로덕트입니다. 우선 거주지역의 지리적 특성을 고려해보면, 수도 시설을 비롯 물 저장시설이나 운반 기반 시설과 같은 Infrastructure가 취약한 경우가 많은데, 특히 운반 측면을 살펴보면 상수도 시설이 마련되어있지 않기 때문에 생활민들은 제한적인 물 수송을 할 수 밖에 없었던 것이 현실입니다. 이러한 현실에 기반하여, 만약 바퀴가 달려있는 모든 Automotive, 즉 자동차나 수레와 같은 운송수단의 바퀴의 안 쓰는 공간을 활용하여 한번 물 운반을 할 경우, 다음과 같이 기존보다 좀 더 추가적으로 물 운반을 하게 되어 궁극적으로 물 수송능력을 향상하는 사용성 컨셉을 고안하게 되었습니다. 이러한 솔루션은 실제 적용 시 바퀴 공간을 활용한 물 탱크 운반의 편리함 뿐만 아닌, 기존 운송수단 내 활용공간의 증대라는 이점또한 불러올 수 있습니다.
