English	The components of apartment landscaping are simply a softscape and hardscape landscape by plants and facilities. It is common for residents to have familiar design landscapes repeated in clusters between buildings. For the notable scpae, more fundamental elements should be emphasized. Contrast and Coexistence. HILLSTATE JIJEYEOK FIRSTIUM is a large-scale apartment in a new city where a sophisticated urban life and wild nature rest are required at the same time. We bring a contrasting view of a huge forest with large trees, a large lawn plaza that is rare in apartments. Exotic scenery of mirror pond, wooden deck & big trees would be those.
Native	공동주택 조경의 구성요소는 구조적으로 단순하다. 식재와 시설물이 빚는 softscape 와 hardscape 경관이다. 자연 소재로 인한 필연적인 계절간의 경관 변화를 제외하고는 입주민들에게 건물사이 클러스터에서 반복되는 익숙한 디자인 경관의 연속이 일반적이다. 때문에 주목받을만한 조경 경관을 조성하기 위해서는 보다 근본적인 디자인 요소를 강조해야 한다. 대비와 공존. 힐스테이트 지제역 퍼스티움은 고속철도역을 중심으로 조성되는 신도시의 대규모 아파트 단지이다. 세련된 도심의 삶과 와일드한 자연의 휴식이 동시에 요구되는 공간이다. 때문에, 우리는 아파트에서 흔치 않은 과감하게 비운 잔디광장, 반대로 커다란 아름드리 나무들로 채워넣은 거대한 숲의 대비되는 경관을 제안하였다. 잔디광장은 단지밖으로 열린 경관 포인트를 중심으로 쾌적한 평면 레이아웃을 배치하고 주변에는 대왕참나무의 수직 경관으로 감까는 위요감있는 공간을 구성하였다. 경관 라운지에 배치한 미러폰드와 목재데크는 이국적인 경험을 제안한다. 대형의 팽나무 숲은 제주 곶자왈의 원시적인 자연 경관을 재현하고 있다. 바람에 따라 자유스럽게 뻗은 수목의 가지와 와일드한 재질의 현무암 마감은 아파트를 벗어난 새로운 풍경을 제안하고 있다.
