English	Four Stories Beginning whit 'Botanical community 'A Place to Encounter the Vitality Nature Provides.' The 'Evergreen Forest,' Which retains its greenery throughout the four seasons, is predominantly planted with upright trees to soften the vertical landscape of the residential area and evoke a sense of entering a forest. 'A Place Where People Become Familiar with Nature and One Anather.' The 'Community Farm' is a garden where the joy of observing and growing plants coexists. "A Sanctuary Offering Respite from the Hactic Pace of Daily Life, Providing an Opportunity to Eengage with the Slow Rhythm of Nature.' "Nature Becomes a Playground.'
Native	보태니컬 커뮤니티로 시작하는 4가지 이야기 '자연이 주는 생명력을 만나는 곳입니다.' 사계절의 푸르름을 지닌 '에버그린 숲'은 직립성 위주의 교목을 식재하여 공동주택의 수직적 경관을 완화하고, 숲속에 들어온 듯한 자연 감성을 유도합니다. 이 숲은 상록수를 통해 연중 탄소를 흡수하고, 기후변화에 대응하며 탄소중립에 기여합니다. '물의 정원'에는 청각과 시각을 자극하는 다채로운 워터스케이프를 연출하여 떨어지는 물소리에 귀기울이고, 에버그린 숲이 투영되는 폰드를 바라보는 장소입니다. '사람과 자연, 사람과 사람이 친숙해지는 곳입니다.' '커뮤니티 팜'은 식물이 매개체가 되어 관찰하고 기르는 즐거움이 함께 공종하는 정원입니다. 씨앗 공방을 조성하여 아이들의 자연 학습공간이 되어주고, 이웃간의 담소를 나눌 수 있는 커뮤니티 공간으로도 활용합니다. '지친 일상에서 잠시 벗어나 자연의 느린 호흡을 만나는 곳입니다.' 커다란 나무가 심어진 그늘목 쉼터에 앉아 조용하고 느긋한 여유를 한껏 즐겨봅니다. 자연이 주는 느긋함에 몸과 마음은 다시 회복될 것입니다. '자연은 놀이터가 됩니다.' 건천에는 인위적인 시설을 배제하고 돌, 나무, 풀 등 소재를 활용하여 다양한 생태계가 형성할 수 있도록 하고 아이들이 건강하게 놀고 체험할 수 있는 공간을 제공합니다.
