English	RAEMIAN Sunken Moss Garden was built cozy and private for residents. We dug 1,200m2 in the center to avoid strong wind from Han river and surrounded it with a community center (cafés, gyms, golf courses, etc.) Also we designed it to have more sunlight and connected the center with Sunken to encourage more residents to visit. Moss and osmundidae are main plants of the 6m-long Sunken and the moss absorbs 9t of carbon annually, giving new residential values. Curved trails in 2 stories overlap green areas, increasing its ratio and offer a rhythmic view. IoT linked mist offers water to the moss and dreamy and beautiful view to residents.
Native	단지가 작고 외부인의 접근이 쉬워 주민만을 위한 공간 설계가 어려웠고, 한강에서 불어오는 강한 강바람으로 인해 아늑한 공간 조성에 한계가 있었음. 이를 해결하고자 약 1,400m2의 단지 중심공간을 Sunken화 하여, 바람을 최소화하고 주민들을 위한 프라이빗 Moss Garden을 조성함. 또한 주변에는 커뮤니티(골프장, 헬스장, 카페라운지 등) 시설을 배치하여 자연채광을 최대한 활용하고, Moss Garden과 연결하여 주민의 커뮤니티 활성화를 도모함 6m 깊이의 Sunken은 대부분이 그늘져서 음지식물인 이끼/고비류를 메인으로 식재하고 미스트를 반영하여 몽환적이면서 매력적인 새로운 경관을 조성함. 교목을 제외한 하부 녹지는 탄소 흡수량이 가장 높은 이끼를 전면 식재하여 연간 약 9ton의 탄소를 저감할 수 있게 됨. 이는 全 지구적으로 탄소저감과 ESG가 중요시 되는 상황에서, Moss Garden이 주민들에게 새로운 주거 가치를 부여함. Moss garden 내 산책로는 곡선으로 설계하여 이끼의 녹지면이 계속 중첩되면서 녹시율이 높아지도록 조성하였으며, 입체적인 레벨 변화를 주어 리듬감 있는 풍경을 선사하였음. 또한, 센서로 작동되는 IoT 미스트는 이끼의 생육환경을 유지하며 입주민에게는 지속적인 자연경관을 제공함.
