English Since its formation in 2002, SCU has been working together with its members on a variety of activities, and now that we are celebrating our 20th anniversary. We have produced a commemorative magazine to reflect on our journey and to share our new vision for the next 20 years.We want Sony employees to create their own lives as well-this is why we made the new concept “BE A LIFE CREATOR”.To express this concept in a multifaceted way, we created the commemorative magazine with “people” as the main characters, furthermore, we tried to reflect the concept in real life by enclosing other items that accompany the work, such as sticky notes, pouches.
Native SCU(Sony Central Labor Union/ソニー中央労働組合)は2002年の結成以来、メンバーと共に歩み、さまざまな活動を行ってきました。20周年を迎えた今、感謝と共にその軌跡を振り返り、次の20年に向けた新たなビジョンを共有するため、記念誌を制作しました。 私たちが大切にしたのは、メンバー同士が知識や経験を共有し、互いに刺激を与え合える場をつくること。そして、メンバーそれぞれの声・個性・コミュニティをしっかりとイベントや文章を通して伝えることです。 ものづくりの最前線に立つソニーの社員には、自らの人生もクリエイトしてほしい——そんな思いから、新たなコンセプト「BE A LIFE CREATOR」を掲げました。労働組合という堅実で真面目なイメージを超えて、一人ひとりが創造性豊かな人材であることを掲げ、見た人の心を動かしインスピレーションを与えるようなデザインを意識しました。 このコンセプトを多面的に表現するために、記念誌では「人」を主役とし、クリエイティブな視点を活かして制作しました。 さらに、BOXタイプの郵送パッケージには記念誌だけでなく、付箋やポーチ、カレンダーなど、仕事に寄り添うアイテムを同封することで、リアルな生活の中でのコンセプト浸透を図りました。
