English	The Constitutional Court also said, "It is the electoral system that embodies the basic values of democracy. The most important issue for the survival of democracy depends on the election. In reality, voting rights are not exercised equally. Various disabled people and senior citizens are not fully guaranteed the voting environment. [Every Vote Counts] Every single vote counts, and that vote changes the direction of the nation and makes society prosperous. It is our project to ensure that the underprivileged are fully eligible to vote, and to help them speak out and serve their own society.
Native	헌법 재판소도 ‘민주주의의 기본적 가치를 구체화한 것이 선거제도이고, 민주주의 존립에 가장 중요한 문제는 선거에 달려 있다.’라고 말하지만, 현실에서 투표권은 동등하게 행사되고 있지 않다. 다양한 장애인과 노인, 소외지역에 거주하는 사람 뿐만아니라 아프리카 또는 개방 도상국 국가의 사람들도 투표환경이 온전히 보장받지 못하고 있다. [Every Vote Counts] 모든 사람의 한 표 한 표는 소중하며 그 한 표는 국가의방향성을 바꾸고 사회를 번영시킨다. 소외된 자들에게 온전한 투표권을 보장해주는 것, 그들이 자신의 목소리를 내고 자신이 속한 사회에 이바지하도록도와주는 것이 우리의 프로젝트이다.
