Sushi Sou is a Japanese dining space that translates the quiet warmth of a house embracing a garden into architectural form. Controlled sightlines and layered scenes create the calm atmosphere of an inner courtyard from the moment of entry. The garden reflects seasonal change, allowing the interior to shift in mood while drawing nature indoors. Seating, private rooms, and staff circulation are clearly separated and precisely calibrated so that movements and views never conflict. Every dimension was measured to the human body, creating a seamless interface shaped through refined craftsmanship and time.

스시소우는 정원을 품은 가옥의 아늑한 정겨움을 공간으로 번역한 일식 다이닝입니다. 문을 열고 들어서는 순간, 안뜰을 마주한 듯 편안한 기류가 흐르도록 장면의 깊이와 시선의 흐름을 치밀하게 설계했습니다.
창 밖의 정원은 사계절의 변화를 고스란히 담아내며, 계절마다 달라지는 식재처럼 공간 또한 매번 새로운 무드를 형성합니다. 이는 자연이 머무는 시간 동안 실내로 스며들게 하는 핵심적인 공간 장치입니다.
카운터석, 룸, 직원 동선은 명확히 분리하되, 동작과 시선이 서로 충돌하지 않도록 정교하게 조율되었습니다. 걷는 속도, 앉는 높이, 서비스를 건네는 거리까지 모든 치수는 인간의 감각에 맞춰 설정되었으며, 셰프와 고객 모두에게 방해 없는 흐름을 만드는 것이 이 공간의 중요한 기준이었습니다.
이러한 과정은 여러 장인들의 손길을 통해 완성되었고, 목재 하나와 마감 하나까지 정밀하게 다듬어진 현장은 공간 자체가 시간과 기술이 축적된 가치임을 조용히 드러냅니다.
