Rattan is a durable and environmentally friendly material. In China, more than a thousand years ago, there was a craft called “Nanhai Rattan”, which was once part of human culture. I extracted simple visual symbols from the "Nanhai Rattan" to apply to young people's travel, and let culture return to modern fashion in symbolic form. This is the best way to spread stories. The application of Lycra and rattan allows the storage space to be changed at will, making travel more convenient. What's interesting is that the user unconsciously changes the shape of the product during storage, giving the product a personality.

藤是一种耐用的环保材料，在一千多年前的中国有一种工艺叫“南海藤编”，曾经是人类文化一部分。“让藤回归到年轻人出行生活中”是设计的重要宗旨，希望通过设计让年轻人重新了解“藤”材料独特的魅力，以及加深年轻人对“南海藤编”文脉的认知，弘扬、继承、延续非物质文化遗产，让传统文化更好的保留下来。我认为文化是一种时尚，因此我从“南海藤编”中抽离出简单的视觉符号应用于年轻人出行中，让文化以符号化的形式回归现代时尚中，这是传播故事的最好方法。作品打破对产品固有认知，以高弹力莱卡面料与藤作为主要材料，卷口袋式设计的行李箱与背包，用户能随意改变想行李箱与背包的容量，使用起来便捷简单。有趣的是用户在放置物品时无意识地改变了产品的外形，满足用户个性需求。
