English	“THE PIEDMONT”, which is located in Dongguan city, Guangdong province, China, covers a far and mature transportation network, near to Shenzhen’s downtown only around 40 minutes’ driving time. The residence which is near the mountain and by the river, shares the abundant natural biological scenery. Clients hope to build a Landscape residence with traditional Culture of Southern China, to create a mental living. That is, back to the mountain, river, book and nature.
Native	本案为住宅项目，由别墅区和高层区组成，设计主体为两套别墅合拼设计，在项目开放时作为售楼处，用于接待和办公。项目共四层，地上地下各两层。充分利用负一层原有庭院，将参观入口由一层移至负一层，避免原方案由一楼进入售楼处，造成上下分流的不合理参观动线，同时设计层层递进的岭南廊道景观，“轻风拂面、竹林瑟瑟”，提前营造空间氛围，转换心境。一层以洽谈空间为主，设置VIP洽谈区、品茗区、水吧、私宴等功能，窗外庭院将岭南园林独有的半亩方塘引入其中，“曲桥幽静、涟漪荡漾”；二层则为办公空间；负一层为接待空间，包含接待处、沙盘区、品茗区、奏琴区及影音室等功能；负二层设有博物馆、国学讲堂与冥想空间，并通过下沉式景观庭院将自然光引入室内。设计师提炼岭南园林独有的青砖灰瓦元素于室内，并将梁柱结构与坡屋顶的中式元素重新组合，形成新的空间元素运用至室内天花及空间各个部分，摆脱传统书柜形式提炼竹简中的元素运用到空间，使得格栅具有旋转、推拉功能，有效控制光照率，通过各种元素结合运用，营造专属于岭南书院独有的文人氛围。山色晴岚，水气氤氲，城廊屹立其间之美。每一组院落、每一块石碑、每一枚砖瓦、每一支风荷，都闪烁着时光淬炼的人文精神，弦歌不绝，学脉延绵。
