English	Water is a fast charging network for electric vehicles in Korea. The design philosophy behind Water’s mobile app is that the charging UX should be easy to use. Opening the app, the first main front page of the app is designed to help users start charging onsite by swiping up from the bottom to scan QR, which enables charging and payment immediately. It is differentiated from the complex charging experience with the other existing services. Simplifying the act of charging electric vehicle sits at the core of our service and dedicated to help electric vehicle drivers to focus on what they enjoy most – the pleasure of driving electric vehicles.
Native	WATER는 그린 에너지 기업 브라이트에너지파트너스(BEP)에서 런칭하는 전기차 충전소 플랫폼 서비스입니다. 전국 WATER 전기차 충전소 인프라 확장을 목표로 사용자가 서비스를 이용하는데 편리하고 간결한 사용자 경험을 할 수 있도록 WATER App을 설계하였습니다. 기존 업계의 기업 중심의 서비스 제공에서 사용자 경험 중심의 서비스 제공으로 서비스를 변화시키기 위해 사용자의 행동을 분석하였습니다. 손가락 제스처를 간결하게 사용할 수 있도록 설계하여 사용자의 기능 중심의 프로세스로 사용자 경험이 향상될 수 있도록 충전 프로세스의 복잡한 과정을 과감히 삭제하였으며, 기업 중심의 정보 제공을 제외하여 직관적이고 단순하게 사용성을 축약하였습니다. 결제 과정도 첫 화면에서 결제 QR을 상단으로 끌어올리는 제스처로 QR 코드를 즉시 스캔하여 결제 할 수 있도록 하였으며, 충전이 진행될 때 움직이는 모션을 통해 충전이 되는 과정을 App 내에서 시각적으로 확인할 수 있습니다. 또한 WATER라는 뜻에 맞게 브랜딩을 통일화하여 시원한 바다가 움직이는 메인 화면, 충전 중에 물이 움직이며 차오르는 형상을 시각화하여 사용자들에게 보이는 즐거움, 편리하고 간결한 사용성을 선사합니다.
