Long Jiao has more than 20 years of experience in cross-industry user experience and product design, product strategy consulting, product innovation and product development management. His work experiences cover various types such as industrial, automotive, technology, consumer electronics, healthcare, FMCG and consumer durables industries. He holds a M. Arch degree in industrial design from Tongji University in China and an MFA degree in design from The Ohio State University in the United States. He has taught at the California Institute of the Arts, served as the former head of Philips China Design Center, former GM of Jabil Shanghai Design Center (Radius Innovation & Development), judge of the China Design Intelligence Award (DIA) and the iF International Design Award. He is currently the Vice President and the Director of R&D Innovation Center of Asia Pacific region in Simon Electric Group.
