English	The Lounge Grandeur is a vivid embodiment of luxurious living environment and style. The Lounge is the perfect spot for human interaction. We hope to build a public lounge area where residents really love to use, like an extension of their living space. The lounge is arranged in four different areas at four corners; there are dining lounge, bar, library and fun gym, residents can freely study and work out on their own, or simply relaxing and hanging out with friends. Each individual space is visually designed to interpret its functions, one can easily see different and intriguing characters in each space.
Native	當我們一進到基地，映入眼簾的是1400坪的私屬庭園， 100米的面寬及擎天29層的主建物，這也是本案「縱橫」名稱的由來。 主要由一個橢圓貫穿了整個空間，既是融合，也是轉換! 橢圓的四個主要動線，分別代表了學習/情感/休閒/放鬆-人與人溝通及共存的所有範疇。 我們希望在縱橫的這個轉化過度空間能慢慢的讓使用者逐漸感受，從古到今、由暗轉明。 在裡面我們可以看到，時下常見的格柵、極簡、錯層的建築語彙 內部還存在著一個有趣的空間概念「合諧」 具體來形容，就是在充滿方向性的縱與橫之間， 導入自由曲線的構成，不單純只是創造衝突性 而是從衝突中尋找和諧與平靜，讓縱橫中有圓、城市中有自然 自在流動的線條能暢意的竄流在每個空間中， 串接以質樸、生動、穩妥的意念 匯聚成一個完整而合諧概念。 挑高穹頂的大廳，展現尊榮與大器， 透過線條與量體切割呈現豐富的變化性，垂直水平，如同「縱、橫」。 映入眼簾的橢圓造型，貫穿了整個空間， 讓整體空間室內外生活巧妙既是融合也是轉換! 橢圓的四個主要動線分別代表學習/情感/休閒/放鬆， 串起了人與人溝通及共存的所有範疇。 此建築物背向臨南崁溪，較高的基地位置， 陽光正好可在樹梢間透過金屬窗花灑入LOUNGE BAR， 以仿生的概念轉化出的葉形天花，利用錯落的配置巧妙地轉化為空間的照明。 金屬窗花，隔絕了日落時的西曬，又可局部映入前庭的景色， 利用洞石的沉穩，搭配鍍鈦的凜冽， 演繹了不同機能共生於同一空間的特殊調性。
