English	Recent advances in medicine and technology, the average life expectancy of human has increased rapidly, reaching a post-aged society with an aged population of over 20%. Aging of the population demands to change the residential space for seniors. Single senior residents are specialized residential spaces designed to meet the changing needs of senior residential spaces. A specific user, a senior, changes the space according to the user's behavior, and plans a differentiated space that coexists with barrier-free and sensibility and comfort different from the existing residential space design.
Native	최근 의료기술과 과학기술의 발전으로 인해 인간의 평균수명이 급속하게 늘어 고령인구 비율이 20%가 넘는 초고령 사회에(post-aged society) 도달하고 있다. 인구의 고령화로 인해 시니어 주거공간의 변화가 필요하다. Single senior residents는 시니어 주거공간의 변화 요구에 발맞추어 디자인된 특화 주거공간이다. IT 기술을 기반으로 한 시니어 공간의 스마트화는 시니어의 라이프 스타일에 따른 needs를 바탕으로 공간구성 요소 사례를 분석하고 해당 공간에 따라 스마트 기술을 접목한 주거공간을 제시한다. 공간계획은 인공 센서를 통한 조명설치와 돌출형 핸드레일 설치를 통해 시니어 거동에 불편이 없이 하였으며, 기능에 따라 변화되는 가변적 가구 시스템과 인공지능 조명은 조명의 색상에 따라 외부의 기온을 표시하고, 화장실은 내부의 사고 시 빠른 확인 및 신고를 위해 매직글라스(사용상에 따라 불투명, 투명으로 표시)를 설치하며, 인공지능을 통한 높낮이 조절 시스템 가구 및 자동으로 조도를 조절하는 스마트 조명을 통해 사용상의 편리함을 향상시킨다. 시니어라는 특정한 사용자는 사용자의 행동에 따라 공간은 변화되며, 기존 주거공간 디자인과 다른 Barrier free 및 감성과 편안함이 공존하는 차별화된 공간으로 계획한다.
