English	The overall spatial pattern is clear and smooth. An interactive bar area is placed at the middle, which carries young generation's imagination about community life and breaks its boundary. The gray wood-grain marbles and granite go well with the bronze-like stainless steel. Though with different forms and textures, those materials are connected in an orderly manner, which creates a sense of extension visually. The lighting fixture above it features a sense of layering and gentle curves, which creates a futuristic feeling and meanwhile weakens the visual boundary and produces smooth, harmonious rhythms.
Native	整体布局流动自然，简明而通透，利用居于正中的互动清吧作为设计载体，承载了年轻人对于社区生活的想象力，摩登、时尚、先锋，在此拓展出社区生活的边界。 材质是空间得以塑形的基调。前厅在暗灰色调下营造出富有灵动感的精神场域 。 灰木纹大理石和灰色岩板组合出内敛的肌理，与仿古铜不锈钢前台相搭配，形态各异，却依序相连，强化出具有延展性的视觉效果，引导观者进入，探索，体验，然后感知。 进入主厅，黑色木饰面与墨绿色墙布搭配出克制而浪漫的质地，两种材质穿插交序，摩登与时尚的气息扑面而至，在设计师卓越的笔触下，显得沉稳低调，气质斐然。 与地面同色的沙盘底座，仿佛将楼宇置于云雾间，生活如此轻盈便好。 沙盘的顶灯利用层叠的形式打造出聚焦式未来感，而与天顶的连接则采用柔和的弧形，使得原本僵硬的层次变得流畅自如，弱化了视觉边界，产生出平和的律动。 水吧台居于正中，承接了整体设计的精神主张，模拟出年轻、摩登、精致的新一代社区生活互动方式。 铺满青色系酒瓶的吧台背景墙面，光影灵动，杯盏对语，颇有当代形式感。墙面利用文字灯带增加时尚元素，表达情感。 墨绿色L形吧台营造出沉浸式社交场景，在时代气质和城市秩序间交叠出附有品牌DNA的开放式空间，以社区形态，触发杭城新一代年轻人对生活的美好畅想。 洽谈区内，家具硬朗的材质与柔和的线条充满立体感，克制而准确地勾画出摩登韵味。在洽谈区内侧，一个椭圆形玻璃墙面打破了固有形式。以粉绿色为主调的童玩区在玻璃墙面后侧，父母可以在洽谈区内直接观察孩童的情况，邻里相伴，欢声笑语。
