Ciily is designed specifically for school vehicles ensures safety. It is made of a material, an improvement on fabric cover that may be contaminated due to communal use. Child restraint (infant car seat) devices on the market, when the passenger is strapped by a 2 point safety belt, are allowed for toddlers weighing 18 kilograms (up to age 4, group 1). By contrast, this safety seat under the same condition is allowed for pre-schoolers weighing 25 kilograms (up to age 7, group 2). Ciily is easy to install with heat-sealed cushions that keep the seat slim. It is also foldable ensuring easy storage and portability. It weighs 5 kilograms.

Ciily는 어린이용 통학차량전용 유아보호 장구로서 안전성을 확보하면서 공용사용으로 발생되는 패브릭 커버의 오염을 개선할 수 있는 소재를 적용하였다. 시중에 판매되는 통학차량용 유아 카시트 제품은 2점식 안전벨트에만 고정할 경우 체중 18kg(약 4세 1그룹)의 어린이 까지만 사용할 수 있으며 본 제품은 2점식 안전벨트 고정 시에도 25kg(약 7세 2그룹)의 어린이 까지 사용 가능하다. Ciily는 통학차량에 설치가 용이하고 슬림판 형태를 유지하기 위하여 열융착형 쿠션을 적용하였으며 보관 및 휴대가 용이하기 위하여 접이식 구조를 제공, 중량은 5kg을 유지한다.
