Experiencing a common culture and learning how to enter society is an essential growth process for children. However, the industry that rejects children and the language that belittles children's attributes are not filtered out, but permeates our society and creates a culture. The project 'THE WEE THINGS' made a kit for children who endure the difficulties and adults who try to overcome the temptation of the child exclusion culture and act kindly to children. The components of the kit are designed based on graphics that combine large and small beings, giving a message that children should be respected.

우리 사회에서, 아동 거부 업소와 어린이의 속성을 경시하는 언어들은 걸러지지 않은 채로 우리의 일상에 스며든 뒤, 아동 배제적 문화를 만들고 있습니다. 공동의 문화를 누리며 사회로 나가는 법을 배우는 것은, 어린이가 경험해야 할 필수적인 성장 과정입니다. 그러나 아이들은 그들의 미성숙함을 이유로 사회에서 배제되고 있습니다. 'THE WEE THINGS'는 아동 배제적 문화로 인해 발생하는 어려움을 견디는 아이들과 그러한 문화의 유혹을 이겨내고 아이에게 친절하게 행동하려 노력하는 어른들이 긍지를 가질 수 있도록 키트를 제작하는 프로젝트입니다. 키트의 구성품들은 큰 존재들과 작은 존재들이 서로 어우러지고 교차하는 그래픽을 기반으로 디자인되었는데, 이를 통해 작은 것들 안에는 성장의 가능성이 있고, 더불어 작은 존재인 아이들을 존중해야 한다는 메시지를 주고자 하였습니다.
