This project is a leasing and investment center, which combines with the office model, and has two functions of exhibition and investment attraction. Designers want to create a new type of office space, through the space design to influence people's behavior, hope is ideological collision, the excitation on the inspiration, to let more people involved, pull, communication, communication and interaction between people.The design office has various functions such as meeting room, reception space, general manager room, employee area, bar, rest area, etc.

这个项目是一个招商招租中心，同时结合办公室样板，具备展示和招商2个功能。设计师希望创造一个新型的办公室空间，通过空间设计去影响人的行为，希望是思想上的碰撞，灵感上的激发，从而让更多的人参与其中，拉动人与人之间的沟通、交流和互动。设计办公室具备会议室，接待空间，总经理室，员工区域，吧台，休息区等各个功能，巧妙的融入了招商和展示的功能。我们运用了3D的室内设计软件做了整个设计，也解决了空调，消防，弱电智能化等设备问题。 1、透明的展台把会议室做成一个透明的玻璃展台，放在整个布局的中心位置，希望更多的人能参与其中的想法和创意，带动整个空间中交流和互动。 2、折线线条项目中的水吧台和独立的冥想空间，运用玻璃来制作一个线条的折射，来更好的展示一个开放和独立性的讨论区，透过场域的空间来带动整个办公室的动力
