For the layout, besides negotiation and office areas which are necessary for a sales center, extra areas for blog lecture, tea, and reading were specifically designed to enrich cultural experience of the space. This turns the process of visiting the sales center and enjoying the art into spiritual enjoyment, thus weaken the original function of the space. Such shift of functions makes the building which was originally a sales center becomes different; in addition to being a courtyard, it is a veritable art gallery.

透过建筑的玻璃墙壁，外部庭院景观一览无遗，内部空间的塑造则希望人们在进入建筑之后，能有轻松游园、欣赏艺术的状态。于是在打造内部环境时，特别选用了让人舒服的肌理材质，人们放心沉浸在艺术中，也能欣赏窗外美景。传统文化的运用提升了人文情感：中式风格的内饰，点缀有鹤雕塑，用不可数计的真书堆彻做成艺术走廊，模型区上空的飞鸟装饰寓意也来源于古语百鸟归巢。室内还使用了大量中国式色彩：接待空间选用的自然肌理材质，暖褐色源自于山水画中的山石，金属色泽又取自于上好江浙丝绸的颜色，艺术装置上的钴蓝、办公区域的蓝釉色等都来自于东方传统色谱。这些颜色的使用不仅让氛围变得灵动绚丽，还增强了空间的品质感。在平面布局上除了销售中心必备的洽谈、办公功能外，还特别划分了博文讲堂、茶艺、阅读等区域作为补充，输入更多文化生活体验，让游园、欣赏艺术的过程变成精神层面的享受，从而弱化场所本来的功能用途，而这个原本是销售中心的场所，也因为空间的不同转换，层层叠进，变得与众不同。它不单单是一个庭院设施，还是一个名副其实的美术馆。
