Sterilization of dental tools (burrs, handpieces, etc.) is limited several times a day by collecting and sterilizing several at a time. We designed a sterilizer and sterilizer using UV-CLED, a dental treatment tool for the purpose of preventing bacterial exposure for thorough infection control after dental treatment. In case of burr case, sterilization is done automatically by putting the used bur inside. The hand piece type can be plugged into each handpiece mounted on a unit chair to perform independent sterilization at any time. At this time, the handpiece applied the rubber stopper structure of INOS in the sterilizer.

치과진료 도구(버, 핸드피스 등)의 살균은 1일 수회, 여러 개를 한 번에 모아서 살균하는 방식으로 시간적·공간적·비용적인 한계점이 있다. 현재 일회용 석션 팁을 재사용하는 과정에서 염증과 감염 등의 교차 감염 가능성이 매우 높은 문제점 해결을 위해 치과 진료 후 철저한 감염관리를 위한 세균 노출을 방지 목적의 치과용 진료 도구 UV-C LED를 활용한 살균·소독기를 디자인하였다. 버 케이스(BUR CASE) 타입은 치아 치료 시 사용되는 다양한 크기와 형상에 BUR 여러 개를 꽂을 수 있는 버 케이스 커버를 열어 내부에 거치하여 커버를 씌어 놓기만 하면 자동으로 소독이 이루어지는 방식으로 치과의사가 유닛 체어 진료 시 사용범위 내에서 최적화된 사용성으로 살균을 수시로 진행할 수 있다. 핸드피스 (HANDPIECE STERILIZER) 타입은 유닛 체어 거치된 각각의 핸드피스에 꽂아서 단독적인 살균 소독을 수시로 진행할 수 있다. 이때 핸드피스가 소독기 내에서 정중앙에 위치될 수 있는 INOS만의 고무 스토퍼 구조를 적용하였다.
