Instead of throwing away failure, support, and remaining materials of 3D printing, the user can reuse them through shredder, extruder, purifier, winder, etc. It is designed thinking about material saving, color custom, and environmental protection. shape of switch to emphasize safety and fun of the inlet and can only be pulverized when fully closed. Harmful substances from the process of shredded, extrusion, etc. are filtered out through filters. If you don't like it or failure , keep recycling it until you're satisfied to make perfect. 일상 속 곳곳에 쓰이는 3D Printer , 그 속에서 생기는 실패작품 , 서포터 , 남은 필라멘트 재료들을 버리지 않고, 직접 파쇄,압출,정화,와인더등의 간단한 공정을 통해 다시 필라멘트로 만들어주는 RC-41 컨셉입니다. 투입구 부분은 안전과 재미를 강조하기 위해 스위치 형태의 커버로 디자인 했고, 실제로 커버가 완전히 닫혀야 분쇄가 가능하도록 설계했습니다. 이 과정 중에 발생하는 모든 몸에 좋지 않은 분진과 , 재료를 녹일때 나오는 가스 등은 밀폐식 공정으로 필터를 통해 정화되어 나옵니다. 기존에 사용하던 다 쓴 spool을 끼운 후에 설정된 값에 따라 압출되어 나온 재료를 쿨링팬을 통해 굳히고, 가이드를 통해 빈 spool에 걸어주기만 하면 센서로 인해 알아서 속도조절을 하며 감아주어 다시 사용할 수 있는 필라멘트를 만들어줍니다. 이 아이디어는 재료를 아끼면서 색상을 커스텀 할 수 있고, 플라스틱으로 인한 환경오염을 줄이고자 만들게 됐습니다. 슬로건은 재활용을 통해 더 나은, 더 좋게 만들자는 뜻의 Make it better 입니다.
