English	From the analysis of the relationship between the functionality and aesthetics of architectural space, function is the first problem to be considered. On the basis of satisfying the function, we hope that this space is integrated with aesthetic feeling and artistic sense, but we don't want to make any redundant packaging. While retaining and repairing the original structure and skylight of the building, we focus on the secondary reinforcement and transformation of the space. The existing storey height is used to extend and transform an independent office space on the second floor for the owner.
Native	从建筑空间的功能性和美感之间的关联来分析，功能是首先要考虑的问题。在满足功能的基础上，我们希望这个空间是有美感和艺术感融入的，但又不希望做任何多余的包装。我们在保留和修复建筑原有的结构，天窗的同时，重点是要对空间进行二次加固和改造。利用了现有的层高，给业主延伸改造出一个二楼的独立办公空间。 整个空间用了明亮的白色基调，我们希望能创造出这份朴素的气质，但又能处处感受到细节之处的精致，比如利用材质本身不同质感，散发出那份淡淡的奢侈。 从空间上考虑，如何把这么大一个挑高八米多高，塑造的有节奏感 。我们分析了墙体的进退关系，有些细微之处，让墙体与墙体之间保留一段小距离，与顶之间，留出一段空白，既能产生虚实的对比，又能产生光影效果的变化。 对于这个老建筑，本身的室内结构就已经很漂亮。我们只需在某些影响美观的地方，去做些点小心思，比如这个天花造型，我们就是利用了他原来一个电力线桥架的地方，做了罗曼公司logo的发光水泥板。这个是业主没想到的创意，我们把罗曼的公司文化不经意间贯穿了整个空间。而且因为这里有5米多层高的优势，所以这个天花造型的存在，避免了视觉上的干扰。 这幢经改造的老建筑，每天谦和的看着江中来往的船只，仿佛是在见证这段历史的变迁，又仿佛与黄浦江在进行一次心灵的对话。无论时光如何荏苒，有些存在的，一直会存在下去。而好的空间,无论什么样的人走进去,都会被感染。
