English	The objective is to help visually impaired people live independently and improve their quality of life. Responding to the wake word, Kan's camera recognizes the user and locates accordingly to scan the objects and text on the packaging to a larger extent. Then users can ask it to print the useful info into Braille labels and stick them anywhere needed. KAN also remembers this information and reminds the user when necessary, such as the expiration date. KAN's intuitive form - the fade surfaces and braille bumps - guides the user in touching and prompts them on the position-specific functional modules.
Native	智能家居已经逐渐进入到大众的生活中，然而贴合视障人群需求的智能居家辅助产品，却在市面上较为缺失。尤其对于独居的视障人群，如何帮助他们获取更多生活中的信息，辅助他们独立生活，提高生活品质，是此次设计的重点。 Kan作为视障人士的居家生活助理，可以为他们提供很多生活上的帮助。 首先，Kan支持语音输入和摄像头识别输入两种信息输入方式。首先语音唤醒Kan识别物品以及物品包装上的文字信息。而且，Kan具有打印功能。用户可以按需要告诉KAN将信息打印成盲文标签，并贴在需要提示自己的地方。例如可以帮助识别药物的名称与用量，并提醒视障人士按时服用等等。其次，Kan的智能语音功能可以与视障人士实时交互，摄像头可以根据人脸定位用户具体位置，并可以在大范围内扫描到需要识别的物体及文字信息，帮助视障人士获取物品的具体信息。第三，KAN可以记录识别过的物品信息，进行记录跟踪，必要时提醒用户；如物品临期，及时补货等。 Kan具有触摸操作上的引导性，运用了渐消面和盲文凸点，可以提示用户具体功能模块的位置，减小了盲人使用的难度。
